Connected, the sheet is the shared copy: the page pulls it on load and whenever you come back
to the tab, and every rating, note, gone, viewed or offer change is pushed straight back. Edits made in
the sheet show up here on the next pull. URL and key live only in this browser — the setup link
carries both, so only send it to people who should be able to edit.

Refresh the data — add URLs to urls.txt, then
cd content/tools/utilities/rent_2027 && python3 rent_2027_scrape.py urls.txt --inject.
Ratings, notes and the gone flag survive a re-scrape. Edits you make here live in this browser
until you Export CSV over properties.csv.
